		<description>The United States has the right to protect it&#039;s borders and citizens.  If that means prosecuting people who enter the country unlawfully, then so be it.  Break the law, due the time.  Irregardless, the punishment starts at 15 days confinement, then release to their country of origin.  Read a little and you can find the truth.  There is no human rights violation, because no one has the RIGHT to enter another country in an unlawful manner.  No one has the RIGHT to not be prosecuted for committing a crime.</description>
