BROWNSVILLE, Texas - After 40 days apart, a mother and her child are finally reunited in Brownsville.

Grassroots Leadership, an organization that advocates for undocumented immigrants, recorded the moment when the mother and child embraced in a vehicle outside a Southwest Key facility. We're told the mother came to Brownsville this morning after being released from the Hutto Detention Center in Taylor, Texas and was waiting for six hours to be reunited with her child.
